"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Skype for Desktop\Skype.exe" --secondary --datapath="C:\Users\ユーザー名\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Skype for Desktop 2"

ユーザー名とSkype for Desktop 2は、ご自身の環境に置き換えて下さい。
※尚、--datapath=にあるフォルダは好きなところに変更可能です。
